Privacy Policy

BrickYourFace (“BrickYourFace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) turns a photo you upload into a custom brick mosaic kit. This policy explains what information we collect when you use brickyourface.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Photos you upload. When you use the upload tool, we receive the image you choose, along with the crop, size, and dithering options you select. We use your photo solely to generate your mosaic preview and build files for your order.

Order and contact information. If you place an order — directly on the Site, or through Etsy or eBay — we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details (size, quantity, price paid). If you buy on Etsy or eBay, that marketplace collects your payment details, not us.

Payment information. If you check out directly on the Site, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that and shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order (such as the last four digits, for your reference, and confirmation that payment succeeded).

Support requests. If you contact us through the support widget or by email, we keep the message, any attached image, and the email address you provide so we can respond.

Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you’ve also given us that information separately (for example, by placing an order).

We use the information above to: generate your brick mosaic preview and build files; process, pack, and ship your order; send you order-related emails (such as an invitation to upload your photo after an Etsy or eBay purchase, or a shipping confirmation); respond to support requests; and understand and improve how the Site performs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos for anything other than fulfilling your order.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run BrickYourFace, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing for direct Site orders.
• Supabase — our database and file storage, including uploaded photos and order records.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (order and support emails).
• Netlify — hosts the Site.
• Etsy and eBay — if you buy through one of those marketplaces, they share your order and contact details with us so we can fulfill it, under their own privacy policies.
• Google Analytics — aggregated site-usage analytics.

We do not share your photos, contact information, or order details with any other third party, and we never sell personal information.

We keep order records and the photos associated with them for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any warranty or support questions, and meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your uploaded photo and personal information at any time — see “Your choices” below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including your uploaded photos — by emailing help@brickyourface.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we can. Deleting information tied to an order in progress may delay or prevent us from completing that order.

BrickYourFace is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or our practices change. We’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
